Ergonomics

forces shaping our body

The desk you sit at, the bike you ride, the way you sleep—these environments shape your posture more than any single workout.

Movement and ergonomic assessment

The Philosophy

bodywork and ergonomics

The Slow Build of Tension
Most postural problems aren't caused by a single event—they're built, slowly, by environments that don't fit your body. A desk that's too high. A monitor that's too low. A saddle that shifts your pelvis.

Finding the Culprits
Through our bodywork sessions, we discover the unique patterns of tension your body has built in response to your environment.

Changing the Environment
Once we identify what is causing the strain, we work together to interrogate alternate ergonomic choices. This is the other half of the equation—optimizing the places you spend the most time so they support your body instead of undermining it.

What We Analyze

exploring environments

Workspace

Desk height, monitor position, chair setup, keyboard and mouse placement, lighting. We analyze your workstation and create a custom adjustment plan.

Sport & Movement

Bike fit, running gait, gym setup, sport-specific positions. Your athletic environment should enhance performance, not create compensation.

Rest & Recovery

Sleep position, pillow and mattress assessment, recovery postures. Where you spend 8 hours a night matters as much as your training.
